Children Under Hoof consists of Robyn Bromfield (Catscars), Gerard Duffy (School Tour), Patrick Kelleher (Patrick Kelleher and His Cold Dead Hands), Barry Semple (Ixchel) and Paul Vesey. This debut release was record in their various bedrooms, living rooms and sheds between 2008-2010 in Dublin, Ireland.
A Collar Can Become A Noose is available on a hand numbered bright yellow C26 Tape and is limited to 300 copies.
"Debut by a very intriguing Dublin Quintet, Whose sound has much of the same mystery sway as the cream of Brookln's post-genre crop. The long tracks are groove-oriented, though more like a dub/kosminsche mix than anything overtly prancey.
